Positive birth starts with building your resources so that your mind is leading your birth rather than fearful reactions to the sensations of your body. When you hire me you have enough variety in your resources “toolkit” to navigate the various stages, transitions or options in labor. My services will reduce your fears and build your confidence in your ability to birth. I walk with you before, during and after the birth to help you let the mind lead so the body can follow.
All of my birth doula services are designed to bring you peace of mind. Included are prenatal visits to get acquainted, go over any concerns, talk about your preferences and desires, teach and practice comfort measures and advocacy techniques. All clients will get the loan of my Birth Bag of Tools to use for their labor. Throughout our journey I am readily available by phone or email for those questions that pop up at any moment. Breastfeeding education and support is included before and immediately after the birth. I also offer to come to your home for a postpartum visit to help with new parent adjustment.
When you hire me as your doula you also get the benefit of my professional photography services. I can photograph your labor and birth as you desire and provide a digital images. I am happy to capture those first precious family moments.
Payment structure for packages: Retainer is $700, non-refundable, and secures your place on my calendar. Balance is due at 36 weeks. Contract details will be discussed at consultation and/or contract signing. Payments can be made below or via Venmo @mindcenteredbirth
New Service: One on One Coaching Calls! Do you have any topic that you would like to discuss and get some perspective on? Book a one on one coaching call and ask me anything. This is different than a consultation about doula services. But this could also be a precursor to hiring me as a doula. Topics we could discuss: Induction, VBAC, Pain Management, Birth debrief, Breech Position, Breastfeeding, Birth Preferences, Cesarean Planning, Mindfulness, Hospital vs Home Birth, Care Providers, or Anything Else you come up with. Fee: $75 per half hour or $100 per hour.
Doula Mentorship: I am happy to share my learning and experience during a Zoom call. We can talk about any topic that you feel you need a deeper understand of or would like to know how I approach a certain topic. Book with the Paypal links below. Fee: $75 per half hour or $100 per hour.

Options:
Nurturing Package $2150:
Birth doula services, Childbirth Education Series, birth photography, digital images and Newborn Photography. All of below is included and then you get the further pampering of having your first photography session. This session can take place in my studio or in your home for your convenience and usually happens about the second week after the birth.
Confident Package $1750:
This is the complete positive birth package. Birth Doula services (see below), birth photography with digital images and Childbirth Education Series teaching you about the physiology of birth and how to prepare the mind through mindfulness, affirmations, breathing and hypnosis so that the sensations of labor are less painful. (The Education Series with this package is only a $100 add on to my birth services when normally $250 on it’s own.)
Care Package $1650:
Birth doula services–including prenatal visits, birth preferences preparation, loan of Birth Bag of Tools, practicing comfort measures, and advocacy techniques, breastfeeding support, postpartum visit, and birth photography with digital images. My support is tailored to the type of experience you are hoping for.
One on One Coaching/Mentoring
This zoom session will be for any-non yet clients or doula mentoring to discuss any topic you find relevant to your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.
